So I feel this may help me stay a bit more focused. Been on sw since Monday but already fallen at the first hurdle. But instead of doing my usual thing if down tools and give up, I think tomorrow is a new day !!! Aiming for 3 lb loss in time for one if many Xmas putting which is in 11 days. Do able perhaps, who knows!
