cheap alternative to CD shakes?

I have some CD shakes left so I'm using these up and want to continue on the diet. But unfortunately simply cannot afford the 45quid every week. I know its a bit cheeky but does anyone know if Holland & barrats do anything similar in one of their big tins of shake formula.
I don't really think slimfast will work for me due to the high carbs and sugar. I think it will make more hungry.
Hope someone can help me :)

You can try Slim & Save or Exante, they are both VLCD food replacement diets - think they work out at £25 a week. But you just buy from online sites so weigh-ins you have to do yourself etc. They both have their own boards on here so you can pop on & see :D xox

Try Slim N Save, they're cheaper and have really nice products, but you don't get a weigh in.
