    Bit into a bit of one I made this morning....

    CHEWY BIT ALERT! :yuk:

    What other type of meat can you use?

    Ie minced turkey or something not as gross?

    Can you tell I'm not used to eating meat?

    you could use any mince, even quorn (although not sure on the carb content) .....??

    Ah...see thats what I'm used to using.

    Unfortunately, everything quorn is massively high in carbs....from what I've seen anyway :(

    its only 4.5g carbs per 100g? but yes quite high :( strange diet to do if you dont like meat??? although Girlygirl is veggie. maybe the pie is a no no for you :(

    I've only done it with pork mince and it's very good. Tesco always has it 2 packs for £5. No yucky bits and I buy it every week.

    Threw in a lot of chinese 5 spice as well....NOM!
