Cant remember the past few days :( whoops!!!!!

but today

Sunday 09/05/10 what should be day 66

Breakfast - Oats so simple golden syrup

Lunch - 2 slices of wholemeal bread and scrambled eggs

snack - salt and vinegar snack a jacks

dinner - mixed salad, tuna and light mayo and 3 new potatoes

Snack - thornton chocolate bar and jelly strawberries

Drinks - fizzy water, strawberry sukie and loads of coffee
 
Day 67

Breakfast - oatso simple

lunch - mixed salad, tuna and light mayo and onion and a little pasta

Dinner - Pasta, Chicken cooked in garlic, sweetcorn, onions and light mayo

Snack - pingu and a time bar

Water, coffee, sparkling water and robinsons dilute
 
Day 68

Breakfast - oatso simple

Lunch - Salad and ham and light mayo

Snack - Maudes ice cream, 3 scoops

Dinner - Salad and turkey and mashed potato

Snack - jammy joey

drinks - water, coffee and diet coke
 
day 69 -

Breakfast - oatsosimple

Lunch - salad and tuna and onion with light mayo

snack - hard boiled sweets and a slice of birthday cake

Dinner - Sirloin steak, fried onions and sweetcorn and chips and pepper sauce (yes this was bad i know but was cooked for me)

snack - magnum

drunken binge - tuna, pasta, chicken and seafood sticks

Drinks - water, coffee, whisky and diet coke
 
Day 70

Breakfast - whites plain oats and banana

Snack - go ahead yogurt bar

Lunch - Salad, small bit of tuna and pasta and some garlic chicken and some seafood sticks

Dinner - Pasta, prawns, sweetcorn and seafood sauce

Snack - dime bar and prawns

water, sprite zero, diet coke, coffee
 
day 71

Breakfast - whites oats with banana

Snack - refresher bar, lolly, love hearts

Lunch - Chinese buffett, starters, lunch (no rice or chips) and some cheesecake

Dinner - none

Snack - low fat custard, cookies, strawberry laces, white chocolate buttons, jelly cherries

Drinks - water, coffee, whiskey and diet coke :)
 
Day 72 -

Breakfast - whites oats with honey and gjioja nuts

Lunch - 2 slices white bread (i know but no wholemeal left) scrambled eggs

Snack - Nutrigrain bar and a slice of cake

Dinner - Tuna, pasta, onions and light mayo and snack a jacks

Drinks - coffee, water, strawberry suki

Day 73

Breakfast - Whites oats with honey and goji berries

Lunch - WW chicken curry, onions, and cauliflower

Dinner - Chicken leg, Mashed potatoes mashed swede,turnip and carrot, and green beans

Drinks - water, coffee, and whisky and diet coke and vodka

I weighed in this morning at 11stone 7???? dont know how i dropped so much but im not complaining!!! :D

My dog died :'( went off the rails with alcohol and food the past 3 days.. weighed at 11 stone 11 this morning... will start again tomorrow and actually went to the gym this evening... will start recording again from tomorrow!

Oh Chelly, lots of love and hugs.......they are part of our life and I am sure you are so hurting and missing your wee dog.

Just be kind to yourself....you have had a wee shock and I am sure you will get back on track again no problem.

I am doing really well Chelly. Now doing Rosemary Conley and it is suiting me so much. Havent binged in nearly 2 weeks which is so good and I just feel my head is in the right place and I am enjoying food for the first time in years! Long may it continue.

Cant believe you have been maintaining for over 70 days!!! Incredible!!!!!!
 
I am dreading stepping on the scales tomorrow, Ive been soooo bad... Had 2 kebabs this week and chinese and everything.. all drink related ofcourse.. bad bad times :(

Mega getting back into it on monday... Really need to sort this poop out!!! Why do i do it to myself?? :'(
 
well chelcie you have had a shock, just go back to what you was doing as it appears to be workng for you.

Breakfast - 2 weetabix and semi skimmed milk and a go ahead bar.

Lunch - A weight watchers lasanya with green beens

Dinner - Rump steak, pasta, onions and garlic light mayo

Snack - muller light

drinks - water, coffee, coke zero :)

Thank you guys, was doing soooo well until today, at Bryans, I swear that boy is a Feeder lol!!
