Breakfast - oats so simple

Snack - go ahead bar

Lunch - Pasta, onions, peppers, chicken cooked in garlic

Dinner - Roast chicken, carrots, mash and gravy

Coffee, and water
 
Day 83

Breakfast - oat so simple

Snack - go ahead bar

Lunch - Low fat super noodles

snack - spelga low fat toffee yogurt

Dinner - Steak, chips, garlic bread, fried onions and BBQ sauce

Snack - a feast icecream lolly, pizza, and a muffin with custard :(

I'm doing good thanks Chels. Back on TFR and almost done week 4. Weigh in tomorrow.

How do you find maintaining now? Most days it looks as though you keep things in check which is great. Good for you.
 
Hi Mary, finding TFR really easy again, it's the maintaining lark I had trouble with. My 4th weigh in tomorrow and for some reason I'm dreading it, totm and all. You've done really well recently, still reading all your diaries to keep up with everyone.

Bet you're looking forward to your hols now aren't you? Hope you have another great one.
 
Thanks Bev, I am happier to be back on food, just couldnt get into it properly again this time. 3 weeks today for holidays, I just cant wait now.

Right i am back on track as of today... its my birthday celebrations in 2 weeks and i need to lose as close to a stone as possible!!! lol!
 
Lets say.. day 84 and forget about the others lol!!

Breakfast - Oatsosimple

snack - go ahead yogurt bar

Lunch - lettuce, carrots, pickled onions, tuna and light mayo

Snack - banana for gym energy

Dinner - Pasta, spicey pepper sauce, chicken, sweetcorn and butter beans.

Drinks - water, coke zero and coffee :)
 
Hi Chels, I lost 5lbs this week. Really pleased with that. If I can lose 3-4lbs a week from now on I will be really happy.

How goes the fresh start then?

Hey guys! well yesterday and today have been bad, cus Bryan took me out for dinner and drinks for my birthday and it ended up being very very messy lol but i am feeling super fat and my belly is huge so i am being extra good from tomorrow onwards!

Well done bev!! bet your chuffed! how much do you want to lose??
 
Day 85 -

Breakfast - oatsosimple

Snack - goahead yogurt bar

Lunch - (went out for a work lunch) Chicken goujons with chips and garlic dip and side salad

Dinner - Half a pizza with salami, onions, peppers, sweet corn and garlic, garlic potatoes and coleslaw

LOADS OF ALCOHOL, coffee and water
 
Day 86 -

Breakfast - Plain scone with butter and a yogurt bar, a litre of yazoo and a spelga low fat yogurt which was all then puked up lol!

Lunch - 6inch subway italian BMT with southwest sauce and a cookie

Snack - cheerios with skimmed milk, ryvita with ham and light mayo

Dinner - Chicken, sweetcorn, green beans and noodles in an oyster sauce

Water, coffee, coke zero, sprite zero
 
Ah chels, all that matters is that you enjoyed yer birthday! :)

Now, back to it from tomorrow mrs xxx
