Day 51 - BAD day!

Breakfast - whites honey oats

snack - Black jacks and fruit salads and lolly pops

Lunch - Tuna, pasta, lettuce and onions and a KFC krushem

snack - more sweets

Dinner - turkey and pasta and onion

Snack - milka bar and some jelly and a cereal bar and weight watchers cookies :(

Coffee, water, whisky and coke zero
 
Im hanging out for an alcoholic beverage! :drool: Have one for me chels! :giggle:

do you tend to pick after you've had a couple of drinks like? x
 
Omg i binge so bad with a drink in me, and ive been binging badly tonight without even drinking!!! its purely outta boredem. like im not even slightly hungry.. dreading what the scales say tomorrow i tell you!!!
 
Day 52

Breakfast - Whites oats

Lunch - weight watchers lasanya and some mixed vegetabled

snack - loads of seafood sticks and a bit of cheesecake

Dinner - at my uncles babysitting so hed made up a pasta thing with tuna and sweetcorn and chicken

Snacks/binge - half an easter egg cus the kids had it out, a babybel, some cocktails sausages, and some biscuits.

Drinks - water, coke zero, coffee, and a baileys and now a beer...
 
I always find drinking i eat whilst at home drinking, although i love drinking at home on a weekend but im always worse the following morning/day.

Day 53 - LAST DAY OF BADNESS I PROMISE!! Setting a new goal to get back down to 11stone and then to 10 and a half!!

Breakfast - banana on toast, thick white bread, butter and banana

Lunch - tuna sandwich, wholemeal bread tuna and extra light mayo

Snack - maple cereal bar and sweet chilli snack a jacks

Dinner - spaghetti and prawns

Then it goes horrible wrong - 2 strawberry whip things, a packet of million, packet of chocolate covered raisins, an cherry lips and a bit of cheesecake and a seafood stick... :(

oh dear keep away from the snacks, just say 10:7 is my goal and food begone. Ha well only the bad stuff.xx
 
Day 54 - GREAT DAY :) - weighed in at 11 stone 10 on this morning

Breakfast - Whites oats

Snack - apple

Lunch - 2 slices of wholemeal bread toasted with tuna, extra light mayo and sweet corn

Snack - Sugar free jelly

Dinner - Half a rump steak, prawns, 2 new potatoes and mixed veg

Drinks - Water, coffee, coke zero :)

lol yup im definatley seeing this, if i dont have a snack i dont want it.. as soon as i have one I cant stop!!

Day 55 - Weighed in at 11stone 7 this morning, and im actually ashamed to post this after being so good yesterday

Breakfast - Whites oats

Snack - cappicino in a cafe that was served with a teeny bit of flake and a marshmellow

Lunch - WW cottage pie and veg

Snack - snack a jacks, a whole packet of maryland cookies, about 8 rich teas, a WW caramel bar thing, a cereal bar and some glacier mints

Dinner - pasta, pasta sauce and pork and onions

Snack - loads of shortbread and nearly a whole packet of maoms :'(
 
Ive completeley lost track of what ive eaten over the past few days but it has been really really bad :(

Alcohol is not a dieters friend!!!

what i had yesterday... which i think would have been day 58 is

Breakfast - golden syrup oats

Lunch - 2 slices of wholemeal bread with garlic and herb soft cheese, a slice of wafer thin ham and chicken

snack - pickeled onion monstor munch

Dinner - 2 slices of wholemeal bread, 2 slices of wafer thin ham and chicken, salt and vinegar snack a jacks, a banana and a toffee muller rice.

Loads of coffee, water, blackcurrant juice and whisky and coke zero and shots.

Drunken binge at the party was loads of left over BBQ food
 
Day 59

Breakfast - Oats so simple

Lunch - banana on toast

Snack - chocolate cake, snack a jacks, a chicken leg, jelly and a cereal bar

Dinner - Veg, rice and chicken and sweet chilli sauce

Snack - ben and jerrys

Was at the new boyfriends and he made me a ready meal chinese thing and some oat and chocolate biscuits

That was my last day of being bad... Weighed in this morning at 11 stone 11...

Goals is to get down to 11 on my own.. no more TFR!!!!!!
 
Good decision sweetie. We can't use TFR as a crutch. We have to be able to crack this with food.

Yup, me & you chels, i wana loose a stone myself, we will get there! :)

Like betsy said, we cant keep clutching onto tfr :sigh: as much as we'd like to! lol
 
I know girlies!!! we can do this!!! its all about retraining our brains!!!
 
Day 60 - :D great day!

Breakfast - Oatso simple

Lunch - Tuna and onion and 2 slices of wholemeal bread

Dinner - Weight watchers chicken casserole ready meal with sweetcorn and mixed veg

Snack - banana

Drinks - coffee, water and sugar free apple and blackcurrant and a strawberry suki!
 
Day 61 - not a good day

Breakfast - whites porridge oats

Lunch - tuna and onion and 2 slices of wholemeal bread

Snack - 3 fairy cakes

Dinner - Chicken, stirfry veg cooked in garlic, noodles

Snack - a whole packet of chocolae buns and a magnum and 2 cereal bars :(
 
Day 62 - weighed in 11stone 11 today

Breakfast - whites oats

lunch - Chicken and stirfry veg

Dinner - spag bol, and home made garlic bread

Snack - sweet popcorn, freddo, toffee poppets, some sahara nuts, a magnum.
