    Done 1 week now and lost 4lb despite being a bit flexiable with the syns.

    Thursday 2/9

    Late Breakfeast/Brunch

    Evening Meal

    Harvester Simply Chicken, Jacket and Peas

    2 Chips stolen off my son's plate (Surely doesn't count as any Syns as not on my plate?!)

    Rough night last night, Radiotherapy finished last week and spent the night in pain. Dosed up on painkillers I didn't emerge till lunch time!

    Tmmrw hopefully will resume meals as normal, as for the Syns, did between 15 and 20 last week so not too bothered but will aim for 10ish.

    Can't believe the Gammon and Pineapple is free. It is very cheesey. Enough Cheese sauce left in the tin to have made cauliflower cheese as well. Not complaining tho, damned tasty!
