Well thought i'd start jotting it down.
Done 1 week now and lost 4lb despite being a bit flexiable with the syns.
Thursday 2/9
Late Breakfeast/Brunch
3 Ryvita Crackerbreads (1/2 Hex B)
28g Cheddar (Hex A)
Satsuma
Snack/Lunch
Alpen Light Bar (1/2 Hex B)
Evening Meal
Harvester Simply Chicken, Jacket and Peas
Butter (3.5 Syns)
BBQ Sauce (2 Syns)
Light Mayo (2.5 Syns)

Cherry Toms

2 Chips stolen off my son's plate (Surely doesn't count as any Syns as not on my plate?!)

Rough night last night, Radiotherapy finished last week and spent the night in pain. Dosed up on painkillers I didn't emerge till lunch time!
Tmmrw hopefully will resume meals as normal, as for the Syns, did between 15 and 20 last week so not too bothered but will aim for 10ish.
