Saturday 2/10

Evening Meal will be

Pizza, lots of Syns and rest of Hex A and then some, sod it.
Banana, Clementine and Apple to a 1/3 of it all!

Spent an hour in the pool and 30 mins in the Gym to ease my guilt, be fore hand.

Syns = Lots, I will look it up later and add how many I have.

Magic Elves are small cadbury choc things with popping candy in them. Kinda like freddo the frogs but with the aformentioned popping candy in them.

Ooooops, sorry I must've emptied the shelf. Bought a box of 64 - 1 a while ago and another 36 loose the other day as was all they had.
I've got lots to see me through the elfless times ahead, they be a christmas only thing. Mmmm might have another one just for you Claire!

Edited. to say had way less than half the Cider and thought wtf am I doing to myself, so had 2 Magical elves instead!

2.5lb gain at WI but not surprising with Pizza, Cider and too much exercise! Got two shineys tho. Bronze Bodymagic and SOTM for Sep.

Ho hum, here's to a better week. 3lb off that elusive Stone.
