Hey there everyone, im new to slimming world! Started last night and loving it so far!

Today have had -

Breakfast - mint hifi bar (hex b)
strawberries and cherries

Snack - mullerlight

Lunch - potato cake - potato, trimmed bacon and parmesan (hex a) and baby leaf salad & tomatoes fried with olive oil (2 syns)

Hifi light - 3 syns
4 jaffa cakes - 10 syns

Dinner - papardelle past with what, garlic, chives, chilli, spinach and roasted cherry tomatoes - free and oooh so yummy!

Total syns - 15.

Im a bit doubtful of losing weight eating this much!! Weigh in will tell!!

I've only been on it a half week and was think exactly the same but at my first weigh in on Saturday i had lost 4.5lbs :O couldn't believe lol, good luck xxx

Honestly, you won't believe your eyes when you have your 1st WI, I always feel like I am eating far too much but it works :D xx
