Clio's SW diary (all help appr)

Menu for today. if anyone notices anything I shouldnt have or can help in anyway please let me know. I will amend the syns during the day when I know what they are
Doing the extra easy plan, Im not great at ditinguishing between HEXA & B and syns

Day 1
Brekkie 8am
Danone activia fat free peach yoghurt
1 banana
1 orange
cup of green tea

Snack 10.30am

2 rivita (2 syns)
2 low fat laughing cow cheese
green tea

Lunch 1pm
Small tin of tuna in water
red pepper
green pepper
2 scallions
iceberg lettuce
red onion
2 tea spoon balsamic vineger
baked potatoe
Green tea

snack 3pm
green tea

Dinner 6pm
chicken stirfry with 2 chickn breast, mangue tout, baby sweetcorn, baby carrots, soya sauce, frylite, blue dragon noodles

Just started this morning, had my first weigh in last nite so still trying to get to grips on the whole thing. I have never done SW before. i did ww about 3 yrs ago and lost over 2 stone but it all crept back on since crimbo :(
2 poached eggs
1 banana
4 sw bran slices

2 slices ham
egg salad


SW chips
2 fried eggs

loads green t and water

1 bottle of wine
peanut butter on toast

Sunday Brunch
2 rasher medallions
2 poached eggs

dinner BBQ

2 chicken breast
small piece fillet steak

loads of water and t

slice of turkey

huge salad and 2 rivita

I know this wasnt great but its the weekends that are the hardest for me. Can do and will do better
