Lunch 1pm
Small tin of tuna in water
red pepper
green pepper
2 scallions
iceberg lettuce

2 tea spoon balsamic vineger
baked potatoe

snack 3pm
apple

Dinner 6pm
chicken stirfry with 2 chickn breast, mangue tout, baby sweetcorn, baby carrots, soya sauce, frylite, blue dragon noodles
