Does anyone else get them? If so have you found anything that works for them?

I've had them for about 3 years now, I had my eyes tested and got glasses for my stigmatism and slight short sightedness so I can rule out that being the cause. I drink plenty of water so I know it's not dehydration. I just don't understand what triggers them! I'm more prone to them when I'm stressed but I seem to just get them randomly most of the time. I usually take syndol but find that sometimes they don't help for the worse headaches,
can anyone suggest anything?

I used to get them badly. Would wake up in the morning with it and it would stay until teatime. Tried all the expensive pills, but they barely touched. Then I found...Asda extra strength paracetamol.

No idea why they seemed to work, but every time it would really take the edge off where the other pills didn't touch it. Weird.

You could try tiger balm for a non-pill solution. Good stuff. You can get it on ebay or probably health food shops? I use it for all sorts of things...headaches, DS2's strains and bumps from his sport, bites, backache.

Maybe even using it alongside a more traditional analgesic.
