Total Solution Coke zero and painkillers

Hiya everyone,

So am on day 3 of TS and have this awful headache, just wanted to check if it's ok to take painkillers and If so is there any particular type.
Also I have had a tin of coke zero every day too - does anyone else drink it regularly when on TS without it affecting ketosis.

Coke zero is fine... painkillers are fine...dont suffer the headaches...lots of people on here take neurofen etc with no adverse affects... i myself am on numerous meds on a daily basis for pain and its never affected Keto ... good luck with the reast of your week and i hope the bad head passes soon xx
