Since I haven't found a SW compatible food diary app, I'll start doing them on here.

Friday 22 April.

Breakfast

Banana
Half tin beans
Half tin tomatoes

Dinner

Salad
Chicken breast
Tinned new potatoes
Heinz light salad cream 1 tbsp (1.5 syns)
 
Evening meal

Cabbage
Cauliflower
Leeks
Roast potatoes
Chicken breast
Gravy (142 ml = 2 syns )

Snacks

2 x 2 finger kit kat (11 syns)
Nectarine
Chicken breast

Total daily syns = 14.5

Total weekly syns = 14.5

Mushrooms
Half can tomatoes
Half can beans
2 "frylight" eggs...
Banana ( snack about 10 am, counting it with breakfast.. )

Dinner

3 hardboiled eggs
Salad
Tinned new potatoes
Heinz light salad cream 1 tbsp (1.5 syns)

Evening meal

Chicken breast
Roast potatoes
Cabbage
Cauliflower
Leeks
Gravy (142 ml = 2 syns )

Snacks

2 x 2 finger Kit Kat = 11 syns :(

Total daily syns = 14.5

Total weekly syns = 29

Evening meal ( Sunday tea at my moms, hence the late dinner so no white crusty bread sandwiches and cakes and so on.. )

50g Pork Pie ( 10 syns )

Snacks

2 x 2 finger Kit Kat = 11 syns :(

HeA = 350ml skimmed milk in tea and coffee..
HeB = None

Total daily syns = 23 ( eep.... )

Total weekly syns = 52

oops... went overboard on the syns today, but since I technically only had 2 meals, I should still be under on calories... not that we count calories on SW but I'm taking today as a flexi syn...

there are no more KitKats so the rest of the week will be 3.5 syns or so a day..

it's going to be very samey I think since I eat the same evening meal every day ( when I'm "on plan" as when I don't, my losses suck.. )

Fruit.. not sure what yet, shopping tomorrow so whatever they have in..

Well that didn't go to plan..

I woke up late and went shopping, forgetting that I hadn't had breakfast..
I got back about 11 and since it's too close to dinner ( lunch if you prefer ) , I had 2 alpen light bars, a plum and a banana muller light...

so so far the day is shaping up as such..

Monday 25 April

Breakfast

Muller light
2x Alpen Light (HeB)
Plum

Dinner

2 hardboiled eggs
Ham slices
Salad
Tinned new potatoes
Heinz light salad cream 1 tbsp (1.5 syns)

Evening meal

Hmm... I knew those Alpen lights were a mistake... 4 today, 2 as HeB, 2 extra as syns.. ( EE day or at least I think it is.. I don't know how to do red and green.. )

I was lazy this morning and didn't make a salad to take with me so I grabbed a sachet of couscous and some fruit..
That meant I was hungry by home time and didn't want to wait for an hour for my evening meal so I grabbed something quick and easy and suplimented it with fruit for desert..

Tuesday 26 April

Breakfast

Banana

Dinner

Couscous
3 plums

Evening meal

Can beans and sausages ( 6.5 syns )
2 eggs scrambled
Mushrooms

Strawberries
Muller light

Snacks

5 Alpen lights ( V hungry.. bad idea to buy on way to work.. ), 2 as HeB, 3 as syns ( 9 )

2 plums ( weigh in day.. no reall food after 10am.. time to lose it then :) )

Evening meal

Chip shop chicken kebab meat, large ( 7.5 syns.. )
Mushy peas

Snacks

HeB = 2 x Alpen Light


Total daily syns = 16.5

Total weekly syns = 88.5

This ends the week...

I went shopping for essentials after WI and it was chaos.. you'd think there was a hurricane comming or something..
I didn't get back to my end until about 21:30 and didn't feel like cooking, hence the chicken kebab meat..

I went over on my syns on several days, but over the week I still had a fair bit less than allowed..
 
Ok, so that's me up to date so now for todays..

Friday 29 April

Breakfast

3 bacon medalions, all fat trimmed off, grilled..
2 large mushrooms, grilled
1 tin spaghetti hoops and sausages.. ( 7 syns..:O )

Dinner

Couscous
plums

Evening meal

Cabbage
Leeks
Cauliflower
Jacket potatoe
Chicken breast
Gravy ( 142ml = 2 syns )

Snacks

Mushroom omelete

HeA = none
HeB = none


Total daily syns = 9

Hey coljack.. I read a lot of people eating couscous on it's own.. I can't :| really wish i could but its too dry on it's own for me..
 
so make it sloppier.. just add more water than you need to.. it can only absorb so much.. :)

or failing that, couscous with mackerel in tom sauce is nice..

I only have it for convenience sometimes..

I don't really bother with cheese and only really use milk for any tea and coffee I have, which isn't a lot..
I don't have bread and 28g of cerial is just a waste of time..
cerial bars are ok and I do have those sometimes but I didn't this week because if they are in the house I eat all of them... :(
