    Hi all,

Just thought i'd say hi and that i'm coming back to exante when i run out of my cd supplies which is in about 2 weeks:D

Can't Justify paying an extra £70-£120 a month on cd now that exante are doing the mixed shake and bar pack:eek: Plus my cdc is a t**t and I refuse to pay the extra money just to be weighed when boots do it for free lol.:)

So can't wait to join you all and continue and finish my weight loss journey with exante :D

And soooooooo looking forward to mouldy Choc shakes ;)

There's one near me that does a weigh in once a week as it does all the health checks like blood pressure, diabetes checks etc and they started doing that too :)

hi :D did you do exante before CD then ? I have now done lipotrim ( yuck ) , CD ( yum ) and now exante ... loving the fact I dont have to go to see a CDC once a week , or face her disappointment when I had a cheat ... and the price is fabulous :)
enjoy the choc shakes , I hate them :p !!!!

Welcome Dappy - suggestion: hide way some CD drinks (said to be better than Exante) and buy a few Tetra packs of shakes (no Exante equivalent) for emergency days when you are out and you don't want a bar.
Then treat the packets simply as magic fat burning fuel - I agree with the others - Chocolate is a bit uck, strawberry lacks flavour, soups just ok. But none of them taste like eating - that's just how it is, but my - do they work.
    Good luck.

Hiya, I was on exante couple of months back, but really missed some of the cd products, thought i'd give my old cdc one last try but i'm just wasting my money with him and gone off the tetra's which i used to live on, So back to Exante I come:) and no embarrrasing weigh ins at work, as he was a tad loud when saying my weight:eek: lol.

I was never a fan of the choc shakes, but do love the other 3 flavours and find them way more filling than cd:D and for the price of exante i'm willing to invest in a peg or two to plug my nose up for the chocolate shake lol.:p

Cheers hun, i'm so glad exante are doing the mixed pack as thats why i left exante originally as bumper pack of shakes and box of bars were bit pricey, But not gonna complain about exante as price is more than worth the swap back:)
