hi all

b - 2 x alpen light bar hexb, orange, mueller light
snack banana
lunch pasta,chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, salad cream light 3 syns
dinner - pork steak, jacket spud, salad, cathederal city lighter cheese (hexa) 100g value coleslaw 4 syns. 1tbsp clover lighter 3.5

total for tay 10.5
 
well naughty weekend had all my syns and really need to say no when people bring cakes in for birthdays. have 6 months to lose 2.5 stone as thats when i am gonna be a bridesmaid. got to economise and stop eating crap, new year new me!!!!!
 
hello guys, think it may be a 100% day today :)
b - 2 weetabix, skimmed milk, banana, sweetener
l - couscous 1syn, saladcream light 3syns, tomato, lettuce, radish, chicken, cucumber. Muller light
d - chicken, pak choi, onion, peppr, ginger, soy sauce, noodles, small bit of corn flour est 2 syns tops.
snacks orange
 
thats wat i am gonna do, have done some sw wedges for lunch to go with my left over spag bol sauce for tomorrow and then chilli for tomorro night - packed with sf and free veg, and ususal alpen light for breakkie
 
menu for tomorrow
b - magic porridge - hex b and a muller light and sliced banana
l - left over spag bol mince, toms, onions, mushrooms, peppers, 2 mini babybel
d - chilli made with mince, toms, kidney beans, mushrooms, onions and rice. 2 mini babybel 6syns

snack - orange, muller light, go ahead strawberry wafer thingy 3.5 syns
total for today 9,5

Ronnie it will be off next week and more too.. keep focussed hun, I know you can do it. WE'll be at least 2lb lighter next week, deal?? xx
 
I hardly got to talk to you at group yesterday hun :( but I know you can do this, keep positive, keep at it, and have a super smashing fab loss this week :)
 
morning all another day another doller lol green today as not alot of sf in my menu

b - magic porridge hex b and a banana
l - tuna hex b, low fat s noodles, jacket spud, 2 mini babybel, hex a 1tbsp lighter clover 3.5 syns
d - sw wedges (thanks for recipe britmum) eggs, 3 slices bacon (6 syns) baked beans
other hex probably mini babybel or milk not sure yet
 
sw wedges in the oven gonna use my extra hex a as mini babybel as gonna do my eggs in an omlette cant wait

l - left over sheperds pie with veg
d - roast chicken, potato, parsnip, brocolli, carrot, yorkshire 4 syns, gravy 1 syn
dessert - pancakes made with milk hex a, and 9 syns for flour (sharing mix with oh whole batter contains 18) will have with banana or oranges me thinks
 
well another positive day for me - 8 syns today
b - 2 alpen light and a banana
l - pasta, celery, salad, tuna, v low fat salad cream (2) feta (6) muller light yog
d - home made spag bol with lots of 'hidden' sf veg, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, peppers with tagliatelle and 42g cathederal city lighter (hexa)
dessert will be a muller light and an orange

V cold need hot choc 2 syns

snacks will be pear, banana, orange, go ahead wafer bar thingy 3.5 syns, very hungry so had alpen light 3.5 syns and also a small bit of chedder less than a hex a but will class as 6 syns

well doing a green day today - off to dentist tonight so wont be able to chew :(
