confused over fat content

Hi
I'm due to start the inch loss plan from home next week and i've been looking at doing my shopping ready but as I shop online with Tescos i'm struggling with the fat % content on food items. I don't know what I should be looking at.
For example
Birds Eye healthy options fish pie
on the content page it lists it as 265 calories and 5g of fat which =7% but when i used these numbers in a food fat percentage calculator it says its 16% fat - Help, am i doing something wrong or should i not be going by the labels?
The fat percentage calculator i'm using is this one Copy of Food fat percentage calculator - Num Sum

Thanks
Elaine

For the fat content you need to look at the amount per 100g.

thanks for the link, so am i always looking at the grams of fat in 100g? in the above example it was 1.4g Does that mean if its 5g or under its ok to eat? Sorry, i'm being a bit thick but i've only everdone slimming world before and theres no counting in that. Found i ate to much with SW though so looking forward to starting this, though i'm an exercise virgin so that maybe the hard part

Yes, anything under 5g per 100g is fine to eat :)
