Omg everytime i do curry its to blooming watery grrrrr :mad::mad:, how the flip do i get it thicker, Im doing the cover from the small mag you get from class and it smell lovely but not keen on having it now as its watery,

help plz someone hahaha
 
If it is not reducing by cooking for longer you could decide to add some points and thicken it with instant mash or gravy granules. If not blitz some butternut squash and add it. Next time try using less liquid and adding if it is too thick. A tablespoon of cornflour is only 1 point just remember to mix it with water before adding to the liquid xx
 
Thanks hun, went and tasted it and water has absorbed now and it isnt bad, think ill just have naan bread ww with it as dont want rice hitting the scales tomoz morning with first wi, thanks again will be prepared next time hehehe
 
Remember all the veggies you put in (if any... i'm guessing lol) have lots of water in that releases as it cooks.
