    Hi everyone
I successfully lost nearly 2 stone on Slimming World around 2 years ago and started back on it.
Im mainly a green girl, I had no problem getting my head around the plans except Extra Easy.
Could anyone possibly explain this to me pretty please?

    Thanks

Yes - if you use it for bread & cereal you would. If you used to use a B on red for pasta or potatoes, you wouldn't need to as they're now free. If you used a B on Green for fish or meat, now you wouldn't need to because it's free.

Thank you, I was thinking about it in the bath and realised that
So you can use your 1a for milk and say your 1b for cereal, cheese or bread?
    Is that right?

Cheese isnt a b option on ee, just green.

It has its own set of HEs

    A-milk and cheese
    B-cereals, bread etc

there should be a proper list in your book
