Hello all! How do you allocate your syns? I use 15 a day and this week to try something different I've taken my weekly total, taken off 10 for any forgotten slip ups, marked 95 on the big chalk board in the kitchen and i'm marking them off as a spend them. I kind of feel like i've had a really indulgent weekend yet there's still loads left to see me through to Weds. How do you work them?
