    right then - here's mine for today:

    breakfast fruit & Muller Lite yoghurt
    black tea & water

    several cups of tea during morning

    lunch: mushroom omelette slice low syn choc cake (1 syn)

    tea 3 x quorn sausages, dried noodles. broccoli, carrots, mange tout & baby corn

    slice choc cake (as above) + aerosol cream (1.5 syns)

    hi fi bar (heb)

    can't have milk - lactose intolerant.

    Just made low syn carrot cake - what a disaster!:eek:

    Needed cheering up, so have had an Alpen Light bar (3 syns)

    today Extra Easy

    breakfast peaches & pears black tea, fizzy water.

    2 x sugar free orange squash
    2x diet coke

    hi fi lemon bar (HEb)

    prawns, broccoli, mange tout, carrots.

    muller light yoghurt

    going out tonight for a meal.:confused:

    today - fruit, tea, water for breakfast

    loads of grapes mid morning

    ham, salad, 2 Babybel cheese (HEA), egg

    2 x alpen light (HEb)

    steak & onion pie (no pastry) runner beans, leeks, carrots, roast potato (2 syns)

    strawberries, squirty cream (half syn for 2 tbspn)

    hi fi bar (6 syns)

    I think I've eaten too much today. I feel bloated and yuk!

    Hope you don't mind me popping in on your f. diary, but just had to ask if you are actually a crazy crafter, and if so, what crafts?!

    Hi Crazycrafter,


    I use the GR2 Control Weight Loss programme.

    1. This consist of 2 meal replacement per day which helps keep your glycemic levels and satisfies your cravings


    2. 2 tablets of the GR2 control appetite reducer with a full glass of water just before breakfast, lunch and dinner. this makes me feel full

    3. 2 mini meals
    midmorning mini meal eg.
    1 cup cherry tomatoes with 1/2 cup mozarella (low fat), basil and lemon juice

    midafternoon mini meal e.g.
    1 hard boiled egg over 2 slices of toasted wholemeal bread

    dinner
    chicken salad
    80g white chicken meat (skin off)
    1/2 cup of cooked brown rice
    1/2 cup of cooked peas

    The GR2 plan allows me to eat 5 times a day so that i do not feel starved for food therefore reducing diabetes and high blood pressure.

    Also i drink up to 8 cups of water per day and walk 30mins every other day.

    Maybe we can be weight loss buddies.:)

    yes - I am a crafter. I make cards, do tapestry and cross stitch.

    I use this nickname on various forums that I'm on. It just seems to sum me up:D

    Oh I looooove cross stitch!! I make all my own xmas, b.day cards!
    And I have several (about 15!) kits on the go, my latest being a hot-air balloon race over the sea.
