I have collar bones!
right then - here's mine for today:
breakfast fruit & Muller Lite yoghurt
black tea & water
several cups of tea during morning
lunch: mushroom omelette slice low syn choc cake (1 syn)
tea 3 x quorn sausages, dried noodles. broccoli, carrots, mange tout & baby corn
slice choc cake (as above) + aerosol cream (1.5 syns)
hi fi bar (heb)
can't have milk - lactose intolerant.
Just made low syn carrot cake - what a disaster!
Needed cheering up, so have had an Alpen Light bar (3 syns)
