I have lost very similar to you and I would Loooooove to loose another 2 stone for Christmas! I going to aim for the 2 stone also but I will be over the moon if I loose my 22lb! :) xx

I have tried the Speed Soup week with no success :-( & I really don't fancy the Scan Bran challenge!

Has anyone tried something that has made a real difference to their weight loss?? :) xxx

I am not the biggest fish fan and Hubby can't stand it in any form :-(

I don't mind fish for a day or two but really could'nt live off it... But thank you for the suggestion. I should eat more fish! X

Sugar - water is the obvious but I think both peppermint and green tea are good too :)

1.5lb off for me this week...phew had a lot of pasta and rice this week and I rarely lose when I do, so I am well chuffed with that thank you very much :giggle:

Ooo... I might try some herbal tea! I have'nt tried that!

I know LoChan drinks lots of herbal tea & has fab losses!!!

Thanks hun, funny coming on here and seeing people suggest the fish week, I need to lose 9lb by 5th November cos then i will have lost 6st in the year since I joined SW so have decided next week is definitely fish week and gonna try and have a lot more fish over the coming weeks.
Bought loads of fish that I haven't had before so :fingerscrossed: lol xxx
 
i've just looked at my online graph thingy

in my first 12 weeks i lost 24.5lb...but in this last 12 weeks i've lost 32.5lb! wow- i hope i can lose the same amount in these next 12 weeks LOL

I hope so hun, I seem to have 1 really great week, 2 rubbish ones and 1 so so one lol, every month I am runner up slimmer of the month, well this time the titles mine I am gunning for it lol xxx

i need to be more active! I was hoping to get to 5 stone by my 6 month mark...but thats 13lb in 22 days.....that's not gonna happen lol. but i would like to get close- maybe 4.5stone :D
 
I'm sure I can do it hun, I set myself a target of 7lbs or there abouts every month from when I started and I am well on track just 2lbs off next week and I get my 5.5st award and then 4 weeks to get the other 7lbs...should be a breeze..I am focused and ready...the only little niggle I have is that when my psoriasis plays up and I have to increase the steroids it seems to go to pot, but I'll cross that bridge as and when i come to it xxxx

How do you loose 3lb in 3 days???!! Lol

My mid week scale hop is showing 1lb on, so I need to loose 3lb before Sat to have an actual week loss of 2lb! :-(

2 reasons for this...

1. Girls night out last weekend and too much wine consumed!! (I should have stuck to Vodka!)

2. Too many EE & Green Days!!

I will be planning next weeks meals tonight and I want to try a different recipe each day, preferably Red! So any suggestions welcome :) xxx
