You've done amazingly well. Over half way to goal and all this year! Amazing motivation. You can't be off the size 20's now? What height are you? I had gotten back into my 20's but am back into my 22's again now :( Hopefully not for much longer though.

thanks hun, yep turned 33 yesterday, getting old lol. im still in my old clothes just tightening my belt more. i've promised myself to sort out my wardrobe this weekend and get rid of things which are too big and wear more size appropriate clothes. Yes just take it a day at a time and you'll be back there at size 20 and lower. Will keep an eye on you hun, have a great day and thanks.

I've passed the half way mark now and think i'd like to lose an extra stone so 6 in total. just over 3 more to go. once i up my exercise it should drop off quicker. i need to start toning up too. i saw this exercise wheel on this morning apparently only 7 quid from argos i may invest.

had such a light lunch because my friend we visited had made jollof rice and i was on red plan.

i still have not done extra exercise i really need to get out my exercise bike.

tomorrow im going to watch the wedding and then maybe go to the park with the family.

our holiday is going to have to be rebooked now for september, maybe just maybe ill be at target by then.

Another development is we are having a school reunion and im doing all the planning so sort of suggested we do it the weekend before the august bank holiday, at least ill look half decent by then lol.

keep looking back at previous posts from when you was doing well... or simply just look at your signature. Not just anyone can lose that much weight so you have it in you! You just need a new found boooooost of motivation! Looking forward to following the rest of your progress!
