Was when i got to Sunday i blew it with a huge Sunday lunch n wine Im going to try 100% this week and NO wine lol xx

Yup still enjoying it.....however blew it last night!! Was really craving wine n stodge so thought what the hell, had wine, pizza n chocolate!!! Oops! Don't regret it as it was soooo good and I'm trying to do SW as a way of life rather than a strict diet. I'm sure I've blown tomorrows WI ESP as out for banquet Chinese tonight with OH family but hopefully then out system n I can focus on another good two wks before a friends wedding 2nd July!
I think the fact I'd tried on wedding dresses Thursday n i felt great in them kind of made me feel I'm happy with my weight so deserved a binge!!! :0)
Will be good during day today x
 
tried lots on I liked, but want to go to a lot more shops before i decide!!
Gosh i was really bad yesterday again, i've not weighed in today as I know it will be bad! still carrying all the grub from chinese and i picked all day, including a naughty magnum!!
Really must get back on it today...

Sunday 19th June - Green Day

L - roasted BNS, onion, chopped tomatoes, couscous
S - alpen bar (1/2 hexB)
d - pasta, roasted veg, cheese (hexA)
S - alpeb bar (1/2 hexB)

So hopefully won't use any syns today, to undo some damage!!! x
 
Oh dear i had fish n chips yesterday was lovely so didnt have any wine last night n counted it in also made super speed stew in slow cooker having that today and prob tomorrow too lol xx
 
Monday 20th June - Green Day

No syns again and day 2 of shred done ( started again yday as didn't get far with it last wk!) will allow myself some syns from tomorrow!
