Daily menus

Day four of Attack

B - Low fat yog (rather late! 11.40!)
L - Salmon and crabstick quiche + cottage cheese
d - Chicken soup with quark and oat bran galette - dukan blamange!

Snacks - crabsticks, slices of turkey and beef and Yogurt.
 
Day 1 of attack for me...
Breakfast - natural 0%yogurt with oatbran allowance

Lunch - soft boiled egg, 2slices of hamand 3 crabsticks. Sugarfree jelly after.

Tea - chicken breast and a weight watchers yogurt. 1 stick of sugar free gum In eve.

Fluid - 750ml of water and 3cups of tea (should equal about 1.5l)

Is that ok? Any advice? Xx

S: Gonna attempt a homemade vanilla Latte

L: Chicken omelette

D: Rump steak with mustard

SF jelly and lots of water

B: Oat Bran and Yogurt mixed with jelly crystals. Cup of tea with skimmed milk x 2

S: Packet of chicken breast. Milky Coffee

L: More chicken, SF Jelly

D: Salmon Fillet, more chicken

2 Litres of water and about 250ml of pepsi max

B: Yogurt with Oatbran and Jelly crystals, cup of tea

L: Chicken and Dukan Quiche, SF Jelly

D: Cod and chilli prawns

At least 2 litres of water and some Pepsi Max

L: Massive turkey salad with Jalepinos

D: Chicken curry with roasted BNS

Lots of water, tea and pepsi max!

L: Left over chicken curry, SF Jelly

D: BNS Cottage pie

D: Nando marinaded chicken breast with salad. SF Jelly
 
Attack day 3

[STRIKE]Breakfast: oatbran muffins [/STRIKE] (boo - I left them at home!)
Lunch: 1/2 salmon fillet, spoonful cottage cheese, chicken leg, fat free yoghurt
Snack: sugar free jelly
Dinner: smoked salmon with scrambled eggs, 1 muffin, frozen fat free yoghurt

Multivitamin pill
lots of water
green tea

Ok no one else ate a thing yesterday - fine. Moving on!

Last day attack (4)

Breakfast: oatbran muffins
Lunch: roast beef, chicken leg, fat free yoghurt
Snack: sugar free jelly
Dinner: (not as large as I'd hoped) sirloin steak, dry fried egg, frozen fat free yoghurt

Multivitamin pill
lots of water
green tea

Breakfast - oatbran muffins

Lunch - salmon fillet and cottage cheese

Snack - chicken legs

Dinner - hm extra lean burgers and cottage cheese.

Lots of tea, coffee and water!

Turkey Rashers and Poached egg for Breaky
2 x skimmed milk coffee
lots of diet coke
2 litres of water
lunch was a gallette with salmon and curry flavoured yoghurt dressing
dinner i had 2 fillet steak and 2 pieces of calfs liver
stuffed!!!
