10stone! but if 10st 7 is a big goal in my sights because that's the weight I always feel comfortable and normal at. :)

We can get there together :0) that's good that you feel comfortable at that weight,not all people have that feeling and I think it's important to feel that way :0)
 
Food update for Friday 24th of August week 25

Breakfast

Banana/muesli

Lunch

Ham and tomato sandwich/apple/grapes

Snacks

2 plums

Dinner

Shep's pie with sweetcorn

Snacks at friend's(evening off)

Boost/big bag of minstrels/Doritos (too much heavy choc for me,took all night to finsh the minstrels and finshed them as friend needed the code in the bag!)

Exercise was dog walking

Mini challenge to lose 5 pounds to get into the 10's before my birthday..

3 wi's down/2 to go

3lb off/2lb to go
