Day 1 Refeeding - Week 20

    Hi Everyone
    1st day on refeeding has been great, oh God I really enjoyed that Tuna salad even without the olive oil it tasted like heaven to me.....

    This is what I had today:

    Breakfast: 1 Shake (Summer fruits). A bit dissapointed with the flavour, I prefer the ones in the TFR program, also drank around 750 ml of water

    Lunch: 1 Caramel bar, it is actually nice, drank another 750 ml of water.

    Dinner: Tuna in brine, 150 g (net weight) with lettuce, cucumber, 1/4 red onion, 4 cherry tomatoes. I really enjoyed every single piece of the salad, also it took me more than 15 minutes to finish it, before I could easily ate it in less than 5 min

    Then during the day I had a couple of black coffees and 1 mint tea after the dinner. Drank another 750 ml of water in the evening.

    Well done, enjoy it im starting my third week of refeed and I am enjoying every min of it, although I have been bad this week, far too many xmas parties x

    Well done both of you!
    I'm on day 4 and really enjoyed having a wholemeal pitta bread with my salad at lunch time.
    Tonight, after my baked potato with weight watchers tuna in coronation sauce, plus salad, I LOVED having a tangerine!
    Hope it gets the old bowels going as well (sorry!)
    Looking forward to our departments Christmas meal out on Friday night when I GET A GLASS OR TWO OF WINE!!! :party0036:

    Glad to hear refeed is going well. I'm enjoying chewing again - I know I had the flapjacks (still do) but fresh salad is something else!
