That's how I'm planning on doing it also. Alternate PV and PP days. But just so I'm 100% sure on this PP day is basically an attack day with more oatbran right? I have read the book but I have a terrible memory. I swear every time I have a child and I only have two I loose some memory.

Yes, it's basically attack with more oatbran and a few other tolerated items.
