Day 2 Tracking!

HE A Semi skimmed milk 250ml
HE B 3 Ryvitta Sesame

Breakfast - Apple, Banana.
Lunch - Mackerel in tomato sauce, salad, ryvittas.
Dinner - Home made Spanish style chicken made with chicken, lean bacon, onions, peppers, paprika & tomatoes served with pasta, sugarsnap peas and mushrooms.

Not been hungry today which is good! xx
