Hi all, new to this forum and on day 4. Did Lt last year with fab results but silly rolled back into a few old habits. The thing I's finding today is I feel like I have a flu, my body is aching all over and my head pounding is this normal?? It didn't happen before but to be honest I had picked by now! Really need some advice as if this keeps up I don't think I can carry on with LT, Thanks
