hi guys,
did this diet in 2009 but gave up after falling quite ill.
been thinking about doing it again for a long time and here i am.
ready and motivated, however would love some support from someone understands what im doing, would love to hear from u guys..............

Well done for getting started. Just keep very busy during your first week. Keep sipping water through the day. It will really help both with hunger and something to do with your hands. On TFR you realise just how much blooming time is spent around food!!

Goodluck hope d 1st week flys 4yu, I have started newyou diet 2day the same as lipotrim, i am n my 1st shake n findn it hard 2 drink i hope its becoz im not that hungry otherwise i dunno how il get through my 1st day nevermind my 1st week. I am going 2 try keep myself busy 2day n drink loads water. anyway i hope i do even half as well as the rest of ye all ye have great losses. goodluck every1 xxxxxx

Good Luck, I'm sure you don't need it. It's difficult, but it's worse being overweight, so worth the sacrifice!
Carrying a 500ml bottle of water with me everywhere I go really helps and just top it up during the day.
A few early nights in the first week was required - I couldn't stop thinking about food, but I'm now on day 18 and don't think about food at all.
This forum also helps to keep you motivated.
