Wednesday - Extra Easy

Breakfast - 2 x WW brown bread (HEB) eggs, mushrooms
Lunch - pasta, mushrooms, onions etc, half jar WW garlic pasta sauce (3 syns)
Dinner - Quorn crispy fillet (3 syns), SW chips, peas
Extras- Options (2 syns), milk (HEA), strawberries, grapes, mullerlights

Thursday - Extra Easy

Breakfast - 2x Nimble bread (HEb), eggs, mushrooms
Lunch - SW wedges, chicken, 28g cheddar (HEa)
Dinner - homemade chicken curry (chicken, onions, loads of spices, chickpeas, 1/3 can Amoy half fat coconut milk - 8.5 syns) and boiled rice
Extras - strawberries, grapes, melon, mullerlights
Total syns for today - 8.5
 
Friday - Red Day

Breakfast - 2 weetabix (heb) and milk (hea)

Lunch - lean bacon, 2x Nimbleheb), eggs

Dinner - dinner out (oh God), will update later

Dinner - chicken stuffed with quark and garlic, wrapped in lean bacon, served with carrots, peas and mashed potatoes

Lunch - left over dinner from last night, chicken stuffed with quark and garlic wrapped in lean bacon, carrots and sweetcorn
Dinner - roast chicken skin off, boiled potatoes, selection of veg, 1 tbsp gravy (no fat - 1 syn), 2 tsp Flora extra Lite (1 syn)

Dinner - had a dinner date.... whooop whooo...... chinese :rolleyes: so had chicken and cashew nuts (8.5 syns) and boiled rice.

It wasnt too bad Donnie... the fromage frais didnt really 'spread' if you know what I mean, so i had little pockets of fromage frais and then the next forkful had none. LOL. Im not a very good cook.

Dinner - chilli con carne - extra lean mince, passata, onions, chillies, kidney beans, boiled rice
