Breakfast - strawberries and Mullerlight
Lunch - eggy bread (HEB), lean bacon, mushrooms
Dinner - chicken omelette, beansprouts, peas
Extras - Options (2 syns), milk (HEA), Turkish delight (9.5 syns)
 
Monday - Extra Easy

Brunch - 2x WW brown (HEB), eggs, beans
Dinner - pasta bolognese (pasta, lean mince, peppers, onions, mushrooms, passatta)
Extras - Options (2 syns), milk (HEA), 1x fudge (6 syns)
total for today - 8

Tuesday - Extra Easy

Brunch - Eggy Bread (heb), mushrooms and lean bacon

Dinner - Lean Steak, mashed potatoes, spring onions

Just cannot fit in hea or syns, just far too full after my dinner..... arghhhhhhh, will do better tomorrow.
 
Wednesday - Extra Easy

Breakfast - 2x WW (heb), mushrooms, lean bacon

Lunch - Ham and potato salad ( lettuce, tomatoes, spring onions, peppers, baby boiled potatoes, lean ham, mixed with 1 tbsp Co-Op Truly Irresistible Caesar dressing (3.5 syns) mixed with fat free natural yoghurt

Dinner - chicken omelette, beansprouts, peas

Extras - Options (2 syns), milk (hea), 1x Fudge (6 syns)

Brunch - Small tin of potatoes sliced and fried in Fry Light, 1x egg fried in Fry Light

Dinner - big bowl of pasta with ham, mixed vegs and 1/4 of a Schwartz Garlic Mushroom & Cream Sauce Mix, (1.5 syns)

Extras - Options (2 syns), milk (HEA), 2x Alpen Lite bars (HEB), 1x Fudge (6 syns), melon, strawberries
Total for today = 9.5

Breakfast - 4 Ryvita (4 syns), 28g Extra Lite Philly (2 syns), tomatoes, ham

Lunch - WW bread (heb), chicken, tomatoes, lettuce, scallions, 1 tbsp Hellmans Lite (2 syns)

Dinner - dinner out not sure what yet
 
Monday - extra easy

Breakfast - 1x fried egg(fry light), mushrooms and lean bacon

Lunch - 2x WW(heb), lean chicken, tomatoes, scallions, Hellmans Lite 1tbsp (2 syns), fruit and Mullerlight.

Dinner - Homemade chicken curry (chicken, onions, garlic, chickpeas, 1/3 of a can Blue Dragon low fat coconut milk(8 syns), boiled rice, 1x WW mini naan bread (2.5 syns)

Extras - Options (2 syns), milk (hea)

Total syns today= 14.5
