    If you stew the fruit or juice/puree/cook it in any way you have to syn it or you can have it as a healthy extra for stewed fruit.

    Okay I confess :eek:.... I weighed the bags of Maltesers and took the 29g bag :rolleyes: (included bags weighing 19g, 20g, 21g, 24g and 25g and I took the heaviest:eek:)!!!!!

    Still they were lovely and I deserve it :D

    Behavin' on a Monday

    Well for some obscure reason I stepped onto the WII for a Monday morning wake up weight check (weigh in being Wednesday) and I was faced with a problem... either
    a) batteries are running low and the WII is incorrect :eek:
    b) My underwear is made from extremely heavy fabric and lined with lead :p
    or
    c) I have so far put on 2lb this week from the wine that was forced down me this weekend under duress :mad:

    so looks like I'll have to change my underwear ha ha ha...

    :( or be strict..so today so far...

    Batchelors savoury rice with added mushrooms, red pepper and broccoli ( ate very little as it was too watery but the breakfast was filling enough to sustain me)

    SW chicken curry and rice ( made by the OH and gorgeous)
