DAY TWO (MON)

Breakfast- Lipotrim vannilla in coffee
Lunch- Tuna salad
Dinner - Omelette (Cheese and onion)
Water(Litres)- 2
Snacks- 1 apple
Exercise- Walking dogs twice a day and C25K Week 5 session 1
Feelings- Atchooooooo.... think i'm getting a cold!!!
 
TUESDAY

Breakfast- Porridge
Lunch- Chicken soup and 2 wholemeal bread
Dinner - Chicken breast, spinach, green beans
Water(Litres)-
Snacks- 6 seafood sticks
Exercise- Walking dogs twice a day
Feelings- Atchooooooo.... Sniffle sniffle!!
 
Doing well! Good to see the fun pounds dropping off.
Just keep processed foods to a minimum, eat small portions, drink water, eat leafy , above the ground veg and berries. This is the basis of any plan based on GL principles. Montignac was one of the early adopters of glycemic index as a way to manage weight. Also google jennie brand miller who is the Australian equivalent of montignac .
