I don't normally track taste testing but as it was jam with a lot of sugar, I thought I must have had around 2 spoonfuls. Better count it otherwise next week I may be wondering why I have no weight loss AGAIN!! Lol
 
Had a very busy day today. Had one of my workmates pop over to visit & have lunch. She brought a big dish of apple crumble & of course, I thought it would be very rude to knock it back, so, being the polite person I am, I had 1/4 of it with a small scoop of ice cream. It was delicious & I asked her what was in it. I counted out the points, divided it by 4 and discovered it was 15 pp's!!!!! GULP!!! Ah well, it was delicious & that's what weeklies are for :-D

Ooh, I wasn't listening to my tummy, I had my leaders voice in my head telling me to track EVERYTHING!!!! Lol.

I made 2 Christmas cakes today, one for my in laws hamper, the other for Hubby. How I am going to hide it from him, I've for no idea!! I'll maybe need to give it to my mum to hide.
The smell from the kitchen all afternoon was truly amazing. I need to 'feed' the cake tomorrow, then wrap it, store it & 'feed' it again in a few weeks. The smell made me want something Christmassy today so I stuffed an apple with some of the mixed fruit I had left from making the cakes. I added mixed spice & a couple of spoonfuls of diluted cordial & baked it in the oven. It certainly hit the spot!!!

Apple was really easy. I cored an apple then got 1 pp worth of mixed fruit, (the stuff with the peel through it), mixed in a good pinch of cinnamon, and a spoonful of sugar free diluting juice & stuffed it into the middle of the apple? Baked it in the oven for approx 30-40 mins. It depends on the apple, I baked one the other day & it took 25 mins but Friday's apple took 40! Very low in pp's but very filling :)

On Sunday we went through to Edinburgh and we had an AMAZING day!! Sightseeing, watching street performers & walking in the park just below the castle. It was beautiful. Got home around 8.45pm, busy, busy, busy!!

Went for a walk today & walked miles & miles. I don't know exactly how far but my legs certainly feel it!! I also had weigh in tonight, another 1 & 1/2 off, so back on track.

Lol, yep, I discovered them tonight. I had 1 out the box & didn't see the rest. That's family for you. I'm going to take a leaf out of your book, the next pack I buy will be hidden at the bottom of the freezer, no-one ever goes in there!! xx

Oh wow, that sounds like sheer bliss!!!! You have definitely got it sussed. If you have it in the bath, no interruptions, how clever is that!!!!!
