Today is my first proper day doing S/W:

B: Bananna, Muller Light Toffee Yoghurt

L: Big bowl of free veg soup, 2 x Alpen Light Bars (HEX B)
Spaghetti Cheese String (17g) (HEX A)

D: stuffed mushroom (worked out at 6 syns) with baked salmon, roast veg and s/w chips.

S: Apple, Pot sugar free jelly (1/2 syn), Time Out Finger (4 1/2 syns)


I am also keeping a paper food diary to keep me on track. Felt guilty after lunch as I felt I had ate loads!!

Day 2: 29.10

B: Banana sliced into Muller Light Toffee Yoghurt

L: Beans with 3 grilled turkey rashers, Spaghetti Cheese String (HX A)

S: 2 Alpen Light Bars (1 at lunch, and 1 on way home from shopping) (HX B)

I drink black tea and at least a litre of water every day so don't bother counting these.

D: Dinner turned out to be a beef stirfy, i cut up the steak and stirfried a mountain of veg with a few dashes of soy sauce. Had it with a handful of S/W chips - it was yum.

S: Muller Light Vanilla sprinkled with chocolate (syn free), Packet Velvet Crunch 4 syns, Rolo Mini 4 syns.

Total syns: 8 syns

Today's menu - I made the SW pancakes, but wasn't overly impressed with them. Perhaps I need to make them sweeter, though DD ate one and thoughth they were yum, she did have sugar on hers so maybe that made them far sweeter.

B: S/W pancake topped with muller light toffee yoghurt and 1/2 sliced banana

L: left-over Beef Stirfry from last night, 2 x Alpen Light Bars (HXB)

D: Extra Lean Mince Beef Pasta Bake as per a receipe on here with vegetables - it was yum, topped with a spaghetti cheese string (HXA)

S: Timeout Finger - 4.5 syns
Velvet Crunch - 4 syns

Total Syns: 8.5
