I've decided to go back to weighing on a Thursday. That was always weigh in day so I'm going back to it. I know this means I've got extra days in this week but to be honest the way my clothes were today...it won't make any difference :(

Yeah the boxing was epic last night! We had Katie Taylor's signed glove last night sitting at the top of the room! It was very inspirational! I was hopping around pretending I was her! :p

It's butter roasted with red onion and cumin seeds. Cous Cous with pepper onion and courgette and some curry powder and quorn chicken pieces. Yummy!!!!!!

My suggestions - for what they're worth!

Don't glug gallons of water. New thinking is to drink when you're thirsty- obviously this is different when you're following the diet that I'm currently torturing myself with! And maybe keep a little eye in your carbs. However , your food diaries look pretty spot on.

Thanks a million Greta! Weirdly I have cut down on the water a bit, I was drinking GALLONS! Feel less bloated from it I think. Am trying to cut down on carbs but I do find this hard. Am eating loads of veg though. Thanks for all the support ladies! Need to go have a good read of the diaries! Haven't had proper time in past few days at all!
