I've decided I need to stop nosing at everyone elses diary and make my own...
I've been cheating too much recently as I don't go to the groups! I'm on Slimming World Online as I work in the city and get home from anything between 7pm and 9pm..so I'm hoping if I write everything down here, I'll be stricter, and have people around me to slap my wrist!
First day is below....

D: Quorn Sausages, eggs, beans, syn free chips, grated cheese (HEXA)
Kelloggs Fibre Plus Bar (HEXB)
S: Weight Watchers Caramel Cake Bar (4.5)
Syns: 8.5
I LOVE EATINGGG!!!!!!!!
Also my cupboards are stocked with weight watchers stuff, as I had a bit of a field day in Poundland yesterday. Have enough to last me about 60 years.
