    Donnie's food diary for Wednesday 20th October, it's a - GREEN/FLEXI DAY - WEIGH IN DAY!!! [​IMG]


    Today is our 41st Wedding Anniversary, so I am taking a Flexi day today, we are just having a quiet family evening meal, because my son is not up to going out yet (due to his injury earlier this year) - so it will be a Chinese Take Out and a nice bottle of wine to celebrate, and probably a synful dessert [​IMG]

    But, I shall be back on track tomorrow. x [​IMG]

    How are you? I was thinking about you the other day! hope you are well i see from your diary you are back on the plan. Nice to see that your son is back at home with you now and recovering from his accident. I hope he is doing well.

    I am having a real wobble at the moment cant seem to stay on track for more than one day and after hitting target back in march have gain 10lb so im desperatly trying to get it off again! keep logging on when i can for motivation but quite frankly it is not working!!!

    Anyway enough about me! Diary looks good and well done on your 1lb loss this week! xx

    It's good to see you again, I went totally to pot in the last few month's, what with my son's terrible accident and also because I have been diagnosed with MS, I put back on most of the weight I had lost (almost all 4 stones of it).

    But I am back on track now and following a vegetarian diet, and it seems to be suiting me well at the moment.

    I hope your family are well, and I'm sure you will soon be back on track again.
