Hi
I'm trying to get back on plan after Christmas and was about to do some dried value noodles. - they are Lidl's own brand but I don't use the sachet of powder that comes with them as I don't like it - I usually just add peas, sweetcorn and soy sauce and they are lovely with a bit of cheese on top.
However I'm currently not sure that they are free or if they are syned???
Can anyone advise on this?
I thought that you could just treat them as pasta and they would be free but now I'm not so sure.
Thanks guys.
