hi ellie thank you i keep reading about tolerated foods but looks like the only way u can see updated list is if ur a member on dukan site, i did look at becoming one but almost £100 but as i'm looking at moving next few weeks can't afford to spend the money at the moment :rolleyes: good job there are members like u on here to lend a hand :thankyou:
 
Monday 27th august PP DAY
breakfast- latte, 2 oatbran muffins yuuuuuuuuummmmmy, glass water
lunch- cottage cheese & chicken glass water
dinner- scrambled egg & homemade sausages, glass water
evening- sf jelly, latte, glass water

i am on my 12th day without eating chocolate it must be the longest i have ever gone without it, havent felt hungry so havent been tempted yay
:) i am finding the PV days harder than PP maybe i'm eating less protein will up it on thursday & see if it makes a difference ;)

tuesday 28th august PV DAY
Breakfast - stewed rhubarb & fat free greek yoghurt, latte, glass water
lunch- garlic & herb cream cheese made with quark, cue, toms & celery, glass water
dinner- salmon. hard boiled egg, celery, cue, glass water
evening - sf jelly, latte, glass water
hope u've all had a great day xx

 
i got a bargain from the works today bought the dukan diet life plan for £6.99 instead of £18.99 it's much easier to read than the other book :)
 
wednesday 29th august PP DAY
breakfast - latte, oatbran porridge made with skimmed milk, glass water
lunch- smoked haddock, glass water
dinner - 2 bacon medalions, poached egg, glass water
evening- sf jelly, latte, glass water
 
Good going snuggles, I prefer that book too xxx
 
Thursday 30th august
PV DAY
breakfast- 2 rhubarb muffins

lunch- 2 hard boiled eggs, tomatoes, cue & mushrooms, glass water
dinner- homemade sausages, broccoli
, french beans, carrots, glass water
evening- latte, glass water

Hi guys lost 1lb was a bit disappointed but then thought that's 8lb in 2 weeks so not so bad, Ive been having sf jelly mixed with quark every night maybe I need to eat something protein instead or save muffins for evenings what do u guys think?

As you dropped so much weight in your first week, a pound in your second week is a result! I would say just keep going as you are, your menus are looking good. :)

Hi ceridwen thanks did think to myself I shouldn't expect a big loss after first one but clothes feel lot looser that's why I thought it would be more than a lb, hope u have a good day :)

congrats snuggles, think that seems average big loss in attack then 1-2lb week two keep going weighin days start to become like xmas (cannot wait) when you know youve had a good week x:D

Thanks S x for some reason yesterday I was hungry first time since I've been on dukan was queuing in poundland with all these sweets around me lol resisted tho :) I was getting a really dry mouth but since adding the veg it's stopped does this mean I've gone out of ketosis (not sure if spelt right)
