I bought ketosis sticks, and loose every week but the sticks said I was never in ketosis?? Strange...but as long as we loss....

Hi S I have found it really hard today want to eat everything that I shouldn't :-( not sure why getting bit sick of chicken etc too perhaps I've got 2 week itch ! ? Haven't wanted any choc so far but I could just eat huge bar choc but know I've got to stay strong if I want to lose the weight xx

the praline and chocolate muffins I've made are a great chocolate fix, give them a try x keep strong once a couple of weeks have passed and them scales keep droping, that will motivate you even more just keep away from the chocolate x

Hi S do u use a flavouring for the muffins? I've just had a hot skimmed milk not fancying the choc now so hopefully got over my craving got to stay strong :) hope u have great weekend x

Yes snuggles, it was the Dukan praline and tescos value low fast cocoa powder, on cruise you could add the cocoa powder to your hot milk when desperate for a fix. you have a great weekend too x

Well after craving choc last night I got through it without giving in :) this weeks weighin I was a little disappointed but when I got dressed this morning I could see a slimmer me I actually have a waist measured & I have lost 2 inches off it ;-) well happy can see why it's important to take measurements as well as weight that will keep me going for a few days :) xx

Should be PV day but eating out tomorrow so doing another PP day :)

L- bacon & poached eggs, glass water
D- prawns wrapped in sole fillets, glass water

Have had 2 days where I've been craving choc but haven't given in very proud of myself :) I have had no choc or sweets etc for 17 days a record for me lol. OH said he can see I've lost weight which boosted me no end :) Xx
