Dukan Recipe Thread

Me neither re liking egg custard in my "previous life". Like all diet desserts, it might take a little getting used to, but I love it... some do them in the microwave but you don't get the same result as in a bain marie but you could try the other way second time!
 
well i like custard so if it tastes like that ill be ok. Ill give the bain marie a go. i have a couple of pyrex dishes. How many do you get out of your recipe?
 
I make six... so three desserts each over three days BUT, theoretically, if using instant coffee powder, one "could" eat the lot! (And some do...)
 
i thnk ill do 3 with coffee and three with vanilla
 
Or do a half mix the first time to ensure you like it?

i was watching saturday kitchen this weekend and they made a Tzatziki

im sure they use full fat ingredients so was thinking would it work with the low fat fromage frais and so !!
 
Here's a Dukan friendly recipe for Tzaziki
300g fat free fromage frais 0%
1 - 2 cloves of garlic
salt and pepper
a little lemon juice OR lemon vinegar
1 tablespoon chopped dill and parsley
mint leaves

oh jo thanks i knew u would of had one up ur selve
 
And for PV you can add chopped / coarse grated cucumber to the Tzatsiki as above - yum yum!
I have run out of Garlic - help.
