easter sit up challenge anyone?

10 weeks to easter guys if we break it down we can fit at least 1750 sit ups if we are only doing 25 a day, if you feel motivated and can do 25 morning and night we can complete 3500 by easter monday come girls that will help flatten our wobbly midriffs and mummy tummies

I'll join you on this one - but not tonight - I've just got back from dance class and eaten, but the 5 minutes of belly pops we did must count for something. I'll try for 3000 as I may not get chance everyday for sit ups.

Im on my phone too but will lig on and update everypne in morning
Sit ups ate sit ups as far as im concerned so during a dvd is fine so long as you remember to keep count

Hi will give this a go. I was doing sit-ups before and started to see results, got a bit lazy though and haven't done any for ages. I hope this will motivate me ;)

In for a Penny, In for a Pound and all that :D Have put myself down for 3500.

Although I am going to do a variety of Crunches, If that is ok, of course... Would like to do a mixture of Crunches, Reverse Crunches, Oblique Crunches and (evil) Bicycle Crunches.

I have "The Apron" so would like to target the transverse Abs as well :D

Ok so I just managed 50 (25 Crunches, 25 Reverse Crunches)

Haha It was a bit of a struggle, but I'm going to the gym to do my first Couch to 5K run tonight so figured I might not want to do crunches when I get home.

Well done deciding to take the challrnge is thd hard part! One baby step at a time will get us there eventually!!
