Todays plan

Breakfast- boiled egg, grapes

Lunch- veg soup ( leek, carrot, onion, mushroom) two linda mcartney red onion sausages

Tea- lean beef burgers with hexa cheese and hexb wm roll. Sw chips and corn on cob ( or peas! )
1syn ketchup

Snacks-

I would like to jog after work, mum has her app at hosp today so depending on results if i go. Might even take my pooch on a 30 min walk instead.
 
Didnt go running but all is well. Phew!

Tea. 2 syns of ketchup.

I forgot i had a bag of quavers earlier so an extra 5.5 syns.

Im left with around 5 so will update as we are running out of fresh food! I have a big chunky carrot with my name in it though!! Lol

Edit- had my carrot, popcorn 2.5 and a pink and white 2.5.

I could keep on eating though! Im bad in evenings even after a big tea!
 
Just a quick entry before work. Got woken up at 7am to be asked to do an all day shift rather than 1-5 so less plan time!

Break- 2 boiled eggs and 2 wm toast hexb with nutella 3 syns.

Lunch- same as yday. Veg soup with two linda mcartney sausages.

Snacks- quavers 5.5, quinoa bake 1 two packets of popcorn 5

Tea- quorn peppered steaks topped with halloumi hexa Cous cous ( 1.5 shared i think) veg

Will update this evening!

Been for a 20 min jog tonight and feel great for it :)

Around 16 syns...i keep going over by 1 or 2 :(

Lunch- 4 mcdonalds chicken nuggets and curry sauce..oops! 6 syns for nuggets. Not sure about sauce. Grapes. Clemintine and carrot

Tea- sw curry with coconut yogurt

Breakfast- slice of fritata and half a tin of beans

Lunch- beef dinner! Cooked by hubby so wasnt all sw friendly :( followed by a weight watchers frozen choc brownie thing. I had a bit of a treat lunch! Oil was used but i could class that loosly as my hexb.

Tea- carrot soup. Clemintine.

Snacks- grapes. Loads of coffeeeee hexa.

Im working 11.30-5 today so will have an early lunch and take snacks. I will take grapes, boiled egg and clemintines etc

Tea- macaroni cheese ( just asda smartprice tin) with added veg, served with veg ( 3 syns) hexa. Weight watchers pudding 4.5 syns



Im going to try keep my syns lower this week and try not to snack in the evenings as much!

I have my god daughters naming ceremony on sat and wnt to feel slim and less bloated.
I need to drink morw sf squash and water!!!

12.5 syns today...i wont have anymore!

Mid morning as i had rumbles!- coconut muller yog ( 0.5syn)

Lunch- syn free tomato pasta, carrot sticks.pink and white.

Tea- beef casserole and cabbage.

I think i will.make the half syn cake today as i have a tub of quark to use. I could top it with grapes and mini marshmellows and have it for pudding...yummm. Will update

Made the cake! 3 syns for all of it. Look forward to that this evening! I need to jog after work and no excuse not to so will make myself go!
 
Breakfast- hand full of grapes. I made magic porridge but wasnt hungry so will have that tomorrow.

Lunch- syn free tomato pasta with hexa of chedder. Slice of 3 syn cake. Will count 1 syn.

Snacks- strawberry muller greek yog (0.5 syn) apple

Tea- udon noodles with chicken, peppers , spring onion, string carrots and mushrooms. Soy sauce.

Evening snacks-

1 hr dog walk...i plan on jogging but will update!
 
It's sometimes grader to get motivated when you have a fairly small amount to lose. Hope it's going well

Hi! Thanks. Yes sometimes it can be harder, especially wen i want it to go off my middle and it doesnt and goes off my face instead! Shame as even though im small, and not heavy or overweight my tummy is flabby! I jog too, and plank.
And one bad weekend makes me awfully bloated.

I jogged 2.8 miles tonight in 27 minutes but 2 tough hills...absolutely shattered!

Lunch - leftover beef casserole

Tea- pork chops. Cous cous. Veg.

Snacks- 2 digestives (8) 2 rich tea biscuits(4)

Babysitting tonight and tomorrow evening so need to take some snacky things if anybody has any ideas? Its boring as hell but we need the money!

Hey!!!
I'd take along chopped fruit to nibble on as, maybe a yogurt and some low syn crisps. Or, par boil some potatoes into wedges and make a salsa or yogurt based dip and throw the potatoes in the oven at the place you're babysitting.
Low fat hot chocolate to sip on.

Good ideas! Deffo taking carrot sticks, a pink and white...wish i had a punnet of grapes or strawberries! think il need coffee to stay awake though!
