Eat, Sleep, Weigh, Repeat'

Thats really good you o something most days! Is that date night with your boyfriend or husband? Thts something we need to do but everywhere costs money! If you have any ideas of things to do let me know!

Boyfriend :) we've been together 18 months and I still get butterflies everyday on my drive home - how disgusting is that! Keep waiting for the honeymoon period to end!

We've been to the cinema a few times this month because we're doing dry January so have saved a bit through cutting down my dirty red wine habit! Sometimes we'll just stay in and watch a film if there's nothing on but do it like a proper date thing so lights off, popcorn out - no phones!!! Picnics in the summer are nice :) also if you have a pub nearby you could go to a pub quiz after dinner and have a laugh doing that? Or sometimes just an extra nice dinner with candles lit and a game of scrabble after. Rock and roll!

That is sooo sweettt! I think being in love is the best feeling...good ideas there too..we often put on a movie or walk the dog and have a nice meal on a saturday evening. And the no phone thing is important! We get so carried away sometimes!

'Star week' meaning on this forum is the week of your period basically! I tend to eat more, crave chocolate, and am a grumpy mare in general! Lol but im sure im not the only one..ohhhh to be a man :) lol
 
I ate the whole punnet of grapes last night!

Also weigh day and im exactly 8.9!! Yipeeee

Breakfast- beans on toast. Ketchup (1 syn)

Lunch- leftover pasta from last night

Tea- lamb, mash and veg with mint gravy (3syns)

Snacks-pink and white 2.5. Quavers 4.5

Exercise-1 hr dog walk. 15min jog

I wish my boobs didnt shrink! Your so lucky. Mine are starting to look like a balloon which has been in the corner of your bedroom for two weeks lol air bags!!!
I dont feel teeny or tiny either! I need to lose a bit more so i can tone up. Even though im not big i still have tummy rolls and lumps and bumps!! My target is 8.7...then tone tone tone!!! But i know i need to start exercising more..and harder!
 
Tricky. Most would say start with a 4 normally but they aren't cheap to buy and you will quickly need a 6 so I'd say just bite the bullet and get a 6kg one to start with. You will get better results and quicker.

Be wary of the big bulky ones filled with sand - they hurt your hands and wrist, and you might accidentally hit yourself on the head with it. Ouch!

Go for one that looks smaller and is made of metal - I'll send you a picture of mine later so you can see what I mean x
 
Ive just got home from aldi...60 pound shop!! Altho i did get 2 packs of mince, 6 pork chops,a gammon joint and two fish meals, loads of veg etc so feel i got my moneys worth.

Lamb steaks, mash and broccoli. Gravy and mint sauce
 
I counted it as 3. 2 for gravy and 1 for mint sauce. I cut fat off the lamb to make it lean but there was still a tiny bit on it.but im not that strict to syn that!
 
Thanks. Thats been a massive help. I wouldnt of thought about swinging it above my head!! I will have a look around and go for the 6k!
