I feel so guilty, been restarting the diet and i've eaten..TONS of food!!

I had a huge jacket potato with the low fat cheese, and a hugeee salad, WITH a muller light, and a jelly pot..plus 8 syn free sausages, and cereal...and i'm having a stir fry later aswell...and maybe more muller lights..

i'm STUFFED! I feel like ive eaten loads, how on earth does this diet work?!

Dont feel guilty Hun...you are eating all the things that you should and the beauty of this plan is that the more you eat the more you loose!

i dont know!! its my first day on it and posted my food and i have been told in no uncertain terms that its not enough-so am off to eat a bit more-LOL

I restarted on Monday and I've been eating loads to stop myself feeling deprived! I don't think the cold weather helps either. At least we're eating healthy stuff now.

i've been eating loads - i have been munching my way through lots of free foods - today my snacks were 5 slices of ham, a boiled egg and a load of grapes :)
